We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please send an email to Info@deegoddesspalace.shop with your order number and the list of products you are dissatisfied with within 7 days of delivery. Please mail your return to the address below and provide us with the tracking number via email once the items have shipped:

Deegoddesspalace reserves the right to deny unreasonable requests for refund/exchange at our discretion. 

In the rare case that an item is missing from an order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery citing the order number and missing item. Once 7 days from delivery have passed, we will not issue refunds nor ship out additional items. 

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED

Orders with Package Protection are covered for 15 days from the delivery date or projected delivery date. All orders have Package Protection automatically added, unless it is voluntarily removed by the customer before checking out. If you opt out of Package Protection, Deegoddesspalace cannot be held responsible for replacing nor refunding packages that are claimed to be lost, stolen, or damaged. 

RETURN TO SENDER

In the event that your package is returned to us by USPS as the result of an incorrect address, missing unit/apartment number, failure to reschedule a delivery, unclaimed package, or unregistered tenant, please send us an email with your order number as soon as possible. If a reshipment is requested, you will be provided with an invoice via email to cover the cost of the new shipping label. If a refund is preferred, a refund will be issued for the total cost of goods and tax- excluding the cost for the shipping label (this includes orders that qualify for our free shipping promo).
