If Route insurance was selected at check out and the package’s last scanned movement has exceeded 7 business days, please file a claim by going to claims.route.com. You can also file a claim through the email you received from Route or with Route through their mobile app linked here: iOS or Android . Once started, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the documentation of your claim being started. Once submitted, Route will help with regards to a refund or replace your damaged product.
Stolen & damaged packages have 15 business days from delivery to file a claim. After that time, Deegoddesspalace and Route insurance are unable to assist.
Lost packages have up to 30 days from the last movement scan to file a claim. After that time, Deegoddesspalace and Route insurance are unable to assist.
If Route insurance was opted out of at checkout and the package has not been received, Deegoddesspalace will provide an order replacement once the last scanned movement has exceeded 7 business days. No refunds may be issued for non-insured orders.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?
Deegoddesspalace uses USPS as the shipping courier of choice. All shipping prices are automatically determined by the United States Postal Service (USPS). After placing an order, standard processing and handling times for our business are 2-5 business days. Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday or holidays. This does not include the shipping couriers shipping time.
Processing time is the time between when an order is placed by a customer and when the order is fulfilled by our business. Orders that require shipping are considered fulfilled when we give the shipment to a shipping carrier service. Based on your selected service, shipping typically takes an average of 3-5 days. Due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, shipping times may be delayed.

In the instance that USPS tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please allow 3 additional business days for the delivery of your item(s) After that time period, if you still have not received your package, contact USPS. Once your packaged has been shipped out, it is no longer in our possession! Please direct tracking questions to USPS who is in possession of your package. We see the same tracking information that our customers see. We do not work with USPS.
Q. I RECEIVED MY ORDER AND MY BOX WAS DAMAGED WHAT DO I DO?
A. All priority packages come with insurance. You can call the post office and file a claim to get your money back. We are not responsible for the post office man handling our packages. Q. MY ORDER SAYS IT'S BEING RETURNED BACK TO YOU... WHAT DOES THAT MEAN/WHAT DO I DO?
A. If for any reason your order is shipped back to us, we will refund the item! NOT SHIPPING! Shipping has already been paid for when we print out the label! This includes if YOU accidentally put the wrong address or was not home to receive the package !!!
